You have to spread the jam by breaking any jam candy. You should break candy beside the jam candy and make special candy by combining more than three same color candies. Use special candy with other special candy or with normal candy to spread the jam.

So basically you must get a rainbow kimmie to complete this level. His level is not just hard it’s insanely hard. I’ve gotten levels labeled super hard that were much easier than this one. Clearly it was designed to make you spend money. I will not! This is the kind of level that will make you stop playing soda crush. I have tried this level countless times & it is getting very boring. Have not seen a rainbow kimmie yet.
